I'm also the mother of 3 wonderful children and my lifestyle is characterized by physical activity, a healthy diet, daily meditation and mindfulness practices. I have an extensive medical and educational background in nursing from UOIT and originally began my career as a registered nurse. My passion however has always gravitated towards treating and healing patients with a more hands on, drug free, holistic approach.
