Contact requests

Appointment requests are currently paused. If the form is enabled, information submitted through it is validated by Cloudflare Turnstile and emailed to Active Balance Healing. The website does not store submissions in a database or log form contents. Email providers may retain messages in the receiving mailbox.

Please do not send detailed medical histories through the general website form or email. The appointment request form asks for contact details, preferred timing and an optional short note.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is sent to Mailchimp, which stores it and sends the emails. We only use it to send the newsletter, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask the clinic to remove you at any time.

Analytics

No analytics script is currently enabled in this build. Cloudflare Web Analytics can be enabled once the site's account token is configured.
