What to book for your first visit
Every new client starts with a 60-minute initial appointment. Julia takes your history, assesses your movement and discusses a treatment plan, with treatment beginning in the time remaining. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
Visits may include manual osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release or other hands-on techniques, depending on your assessment. Contact Julia if you have questions about which approach may suit your visit.
